Dr. Raef Mousheimich is the Chief Operating Officer and a senior data scientist at Intelligencia SAS, France. Before joining Intelligencia, he was a data scientist at Cognitus SAS, France.

At Intelligencia, he leads “Team Euler” which is dedicated to building high-performance analytics for our enterprise clients mainly the bank. Dr. Raef and his team have delivered several large-scale data science projects for banks in Lebanon and France. Also, he manages the business operations, finding new business opportunities, study new markets, and defining organizational and business strategies.

With his years of experience, he heightened his skill in cutting-edge technologies. His mastery in trending analytical languages such as python along with distributed big data streaming frameworks such as Apache Flink has been largely applauded by our clients. Dr. Raef is highly skilled in building the analytical model by using machine learning techniques.

Dr. Raef received his PhD. in computer science specialized in data analysis in real-time from the University of Paris Saclay in France. As an innovator, he has earned several rewards from top tier scientific conferences and journals sponsored by prominent publishers including ACM, IEEE, and Springer. His works have been cited and heavily praised within scientific communities. He delivered his speech of innovations in different conferences and forums.
