Dr. Rafiqul Haque is the managing director of Intelligencia SAS. Before joining Intelligencia, he was the Chief Technology Officer ar Cognitus SAS, Paris. He mainly worked on techniques/algorithms for optimizing the performance of a data-centric solution in a scalable architecture. He worked as a consultant in data science projects for high-end clients. Some of the key projects that he delivered until today include real-time analytics with streaming data, methods for an efficient partition of massive-scale linked data, and smart distribution of linked data to a large cluster. He developed a framework for managing large-scale RDF graphs.

Dr. Rafiqul has rich experience working in different countries including Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, and France. Some notable organizations/research centers he worked until today include GRCTC Ireland, Laboratoire Hubert Cu­rien, France, SAP Research Lab, European Research Institute of Service Science (the Netherlands), Lero – the Irish Software Engineering Research Center, and Laboratoire d’InfoRmatique en Image et Systemes d’information (LIRIS).

He worked in various projects funded by Eu­ropean Union, Enterprise Ireland, Science Foundation Ireland (SFI), Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR). He published articles in a number of conferences and journals. He was a keynote speaker in several seminars, symposiums, forums, and conferences.

Currently, Dr. Rafiqul is leading different projects of Intelligencia. He is leading the design and development of an autonomic platform for installation, management, and maintenance of massive scale clusters in the data center. He is working on the Criminal Intelligence 4.0 project which focuses on using industry 4.0 technologies to develop smart applications for next-generation police investigation. He is the pioneer of the Arabic Artificial Intelligence (AAI) project which has been initiated at Intelligencia.
