Dr. Yehia Taher is the Chief Executive Officer at Intelligencia, SAS. Also, he is an associate professor of computer science at Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, France. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science awarded by Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. His research interests include service-oriented computing, complex event processing, cloud computing, and business process management. In recent years, Dr. Yehia’s research is largely dedicated to real-time Big Data analytics. He worked in different research institutes within Europe. He works in collaboration with academia and industries. He collaborates with academia in France and other European countries including the Netherlands and Ireland. In addition, he established collaboration with universities in the middle east. Dr. Yehia has been actively involved with companies in France in research and development works. He published around 50 conference papers and journals in top tier conferences and journals.

Dr. Yehia worked in several projects funded by the European Union and ANR – the French government agency for funding scientific projects. He worked in the CockPit project, which is about delivering public services efficiently, the 4CaasT is about building the novel solution for cloud service configuration, and the Polluscope project is about monitoring and measuring the exposer level of individuals in a polluted environment. Dr. Yehia was awarded several scholarships in his academic career including his Ph.D. He developed new methodologies and tools in his career. His reference model for delivering public services efficiently is used by the city council in the Netherlands. He successfully led work-packages of research projects he worked so far. He successfully established a master’s degree in different universities. Dr. Yehia successfully led the development of Big Data research solutions in the last few years.
