The main functions of this solution include monitoring social media mainly Twitter and extracting meaningful information and enabling users to carry out a deep and wide analysis. More specifically, it enables users to monitor Twitter in real-time, extract tweets that are essentially positive and negative comments about specific entities or things, then analyze the comments (textual data), and build the profile of the twitter account holder.

The profile includes personal details of the account holder, his/her network at different levels, his/her tweets, and re-tweets which will give the end-users a comprehensive detail whether the account holder is spreading propaganda or articulating a coordinated attack to ruin the reputation of the user entity.
